The cozy room in Taipei
The staff here were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I loved the fresh vibe in the reception area with complimentary coffee. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
While the room was well-equipped, I noticed the hairdryer was a bit rusty. Also, some power sockets didn’t work, which was frustrating at times.

I slept well in my room, but the walk from the station was tricky.

i would have almost given this place a decent review, but the toilet was slightly broken, making it quite the inconvenience! not to mention the bathroom near the lobby was smelly, how is that acceptable? also, i fully expected a complimentary upgrade since i thought i deserved it. very disappointing, definitely not worth the hype.

I stayed for a night in a Standard Double Room as I was visiting the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, which was only a short walk away. The hot water in the shower warmed up quickly and was really pleasant after a long day of exploring. I appreciated that the room was clean, even though it was a bit small. However, it would’ve been better if there was hand soap at the sink instead of using bath soap. Overall, it was a decent stay at an affordable price.

would stay here again without hesitation.
Great spot! The Twin Room with View had everything needed, like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and private bathroom with shampoo and towels. Awesome air conditioning and soundproofing too! Daily housekeeping kept things clean. Loved the little touches like slippers and the fridge. The lobby's coffee station is a nice perk for guests.

The hotel has lots of interesting snacks in the lobby.
I struggled with the hardness of the beds, which made sleeping a nightmare. I woke up multiple times due to discomfort, which significantly affected my overall experience. Additionally, the staff seemed inflexible when I requested an extra blanket as I found it too cold at night.

convenient location, walking distance to Taipei Main Station, multiple food options
The room temperature never felt right!!! Thermostat ineffective in adjusting temperature. Additionally, sound insulation issues meant noisy neighbors disrupted sleep!!! A bit of privacy would have improved my stay significantly.

The room was a decent size with luggage space, and I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Great location near transport and shopping. However, the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to my liking, and there was an issue with insufficient storage space for my belongings. The daily fresh towels were a nice touch, but I missed having a working power socket at times.
